Happy Birthday to You!!!

Here is a great card to use Stampin Ups awesome DSPs. So switch it all around and see what you come up with! I also used the Labels Collection Framelits. I folded the front of the card back then I used the die to cut the window. Then use the next size up to cut the cream piece to put behind frame. Have fun!
