Cinnamon Raisin Bread

I had posted previously a recipe for my homemade white bread. Well here's a variation that is so full of "awesomeness" it will knock your socks off!!! So get your bakers hat on & let's make some raisin bread!!!
Raisin Cinnamon Bread
3/4 c brown sugar
4 c very warm water
2 T yeast
1 T rounded salt
1/2 c olive oil
Dissolve all of above in mixer bowl. Let stand til bubbly.
Add: 1 c brown sugar
2 T cinnamon
2 c raisins
9-11 c flour
I knead in the last little bit of flour Sony can "feel" if it needs more.
Let rise til double twice in oiled bowl. Punching down twice. Let rise til double in bread pans. Bake @ 350• for 30 min. ENJOY!!!
