This card can be for any occasion you want to ...well...celebrate!! But since it's in our countrys colors I like it for July 4th!
I just used the Tag Punch with the little Star Punch for the top & the Cupcake Builder Punch below. Save your stars (plus a few more) to attach to the crazy wire bow. Adorable!!!
