Bright Summer Salad

A great colorful healthy salad!!

Fruit Pizza!!

There's nothing like fruit pizza in the summer!! Here's what we had at card class...

A Dahlia Celebration

Dahlias are such lovely flowers & this one is no different! This is from the May Flowers framelit set. And this PAPER!!!

Oooohhh it's so so pretty! I'm not really a flowery paper person but I had to get this one!!
I used Blushing Bride for the card base then Sweet Sugarplum for the front layer base.

Layers make your card more attractive ...Plus you get to use more colors!
Have fun changing this card up to make it your own!!

Congrats Lady Bug!!

Lady bugs, lady bugs everywhere!!!
Isn't this THE cutest ladybug card you've ever seen?!?

You need 3 (2 3/8") Scallop Circles creased in the SAME spot so the scallops match. Then adhere the sides together so they are 3D like in the pictures. I used a standard hole punch for antenna "knobs" & spots. And 1" circle for his head. Any photopolymer saying that's long will work. Just curve it on the block & stick it down well.

Spring Chicken

County fairs have started! If you need a thank you card or just a card to recognize someone special that is involved in your hectic life during the fair, here's the card!!
Such a cute little chick!  And... He's made with the Owl Builder Punch!! I love that!! Here's the list of the rest of the punches:
1 1/4" Scallop Punch-wings
2 1/2" Circle Punch-background
2 3/8" Scallop Punch-background
Large Oval Punch -tail feathers
Such a fun card...actually for ANYone!

Look for that Rainbow!!

Do you have a friend that's going through a particularly difficult time right now? What a perfect card this is for that very person!
To me, rainbows are just delightful! They still stand as an icon of Gods promises to the human race. I love rainbows & my boys know that if I see one I can hardly resist taking a picture AND calling the whole family outside to see it!! So THIS card is just perfect!
I used Rich Razzelberry for the base & on the "W". I used the new black Archival pad to stamp "RAINBOW" with then the little "smudge" stamps in the "Over the Rainbow" set to color the letters. I cut the "RAINBOW" out by hand but honestly it wasn't hard...at all!! The other rainbow colors are:
Real Red
Pumpkin Pie
Daffodil Delight
Garden Green
Tempting Turquoise
Pacific Point
I added a few sharpie colored rhinestones for raindrops.

Mustache Day!!

If you have a mustache wearer in your home here's the card for him!!
Plaid, bold & all masculine! I think the mustache framelit is hilarious so couldn't resist pulling it out again. Always Artichoke, Whisper White & some "non SU!" DSP made just a really cool combo!
I think the ladies in card class will love it!!

Rose Garden Wedding

Ok...Time for a confession.... I've had this Framelit set for several months now. I am finally getting up the courage to use it for class!! Can you believe that? Well, it's true. First of all there's lots of pieces for everyone to punch out & second, the part you DO keep is super fine & can tear easily!
But LOOK!! Here it is on the class "menu"!  And no its not that hard. Basic Grey and Silver. Great for a wedding!

Peek-a-boo Birthday

Stars & stripes... Only a little different than the usual. This is the beauty of DSP!!
I love to see what the other side is! A lot of times I may not like both patterns of the double sided paper but if I like one side I'll purchase it anyway.
But this is a really fun way to show off both sides!! Just choose your colors & card base but before you adhere the front DSP to your card, cut a1 1/2" slit right into the side of your DSP & fold! How easy is THAT?!? Great for edges of scrapbook pages too.

Cheery Anything Card

This card can be used for anything... Thus the title "Anything Card"!
Beautiful colors & a simple design... How much better can it get?!?
Island Indigo, Daffodil Delight and some discontinued DSP makes for a lovely card. I love the slant cut on this design, don't you? Very easy & fast!
Have fun!

A Watermelon Smile

A true summertime card to make you smile!! Watermelon Wonder, Whisper White & Cucumber Crush all put together in one place to make a scrumptious piece of juicy watermelon!!
I used the Oval Framelits for the melon & the little heart punch cut in 1/2 & trimmed just a hair for the seeds. Isn't it just adorable?

Just Because I Care

Calypso Coral....
Such a lovely color & since this card is monochromatic you can really focus on just how beautiful it is!
I used the New! Seaside embossing folder for the background.  Then I used the New! DSP called "By the Shore". I love the new nautical stuff!!
Happy stamping!!
