No Yeast Vanilla Cinnamon Sticky Rolls

Mix  & knead to a soft dough:
1 1/4 c flour 
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
1/4 t salt
1/2 t soda 
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 c milk
1 t vinegar
3 T melted butter
Roll dough into rectangle, spread rectangle with softened butter, brown sugar & cinnamon. 
Roll up & cut into rolls. Place in greased 8x8 pan. Melt 5 t butter & pour over rolls. Sprinkle rolls with 1 small box of Cook-n-Serve Butterscotch Pudding (dry).
Bake 350• 20-25 min.
Invert onto serving plate. When cooled top with:
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c melted butter
2 t vanilla
2 c powdered sugar
TIP:
Even tho it says an 8x8 pan I would put them in a bigger pan and not crowd them & bake at a lower temperature for a little longer. Mine at card class were a little underbaked. So play with the temperature....
