Saturday card class treats

What a great day we are having here at card class!! Here are the recipes for the goodies we had.
Layered Taco Dip
1 (30oz) can refrained beans
Spread in 9x13 pan
16 oz sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning
Mix together & spread over beans.
4 or 6 avocados
Mash & drizzle with lemon juice.
Add 1/4 c salsa & mix well. Spread over beans & sour cream.
Sprinkle chopped onions, grated cheese, tomatoes & olives over top. Serve with chips.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish
2 cans crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
1/2 c sugar
1 t lemon juice
3/4 t vanilla
1 t sour cream
Do not unroll crescent rolls. Slice as you would rolled up cinnamon rolls. Place on greased cookie sheets & press fingers into tops to make an indentation.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, juice, vanilla & sour cream & put a dollop into each indentation. Bake at 350• for 15-20 min.
Cool 15 min then frost with frosting below:
1 c powdered sugar
1T milk
1 T soft butter
