Please Pass The Pie

I saw this card several years ago & I always forgot about it when planning fall & Thanksgiving cards. THIS year I remembered & I'm glad I did!!!
So simple that I think this will be my "5 Second" card for this month!
The pie is made from the 2 1/2" Circle punch, 2 3/8" Scallop Circle punch & the 1 3/4" Circle punch. When you're done layering the pie pieces (the white & orange)  then snip a"piece of pie" and move it slightly out from the rest of the pie & mount on the "plate" (the Chocolate Chip circle)
Then mount on card front with dimensionals. Stamp your sentiment then cut 1/2" off bottom of card front & add a piece of Whisper White punched with the Scallop Edge punch. Thats IT!! Simple huh?

Star of Light in Purple Hues

Just a bit of purple to balance out all the red & green in Christmas....
Love the swoosh of star dust in this set... And to be honest....that's why I bought it!
So elegant & beautiful!
I used Elegant Eggplant along with Wysteria Wonder inks. Added some sequins & it was done. Very simple!

Did you know I love Blue & Silver?

If you've been in my card classes very long this is a fact you will know about me!! Blue & silver is my favorite color combo.
And here we go!!! Isn't it just beautiful?!?
Throw some snowflake DSP in the mix & I'm one happy girl! Add a few rhinestones & this lovely new sparkly silver ribbon and that completes this gorgeous card!

Stacked Squares Snowman

I guess since the weather is getting a bit more chilly we better start thinking thots of...uhhh...snow..& well...Christmas...
This cheery little guy will help you do just that!!
The body of the snowman is just the
1 3/8" square punch
Note that the bottom square is the only one  with all 4 corners rounded. The top two have just the bottom corners rounded. It makes them easier to work with.
His top hat is the 1 1/4" square punch with the Word Window punch as the brim.
The rest is pretty much self explanatory....
Add the greeting & Silver Washi tape & viola! A lovely winter card!

Scarecrow Cutie

Now just imagine you're having a bad fall day... Maybe you're sick...discouraged...
You go get the mail & this sweet happy face shows up in your mailbox!!! It would make your day, right?
Of course it would! So make a bunch & send them out to make someone's day just a bit better!
Card base is 3 1/4" x 11
Face is 3 1/4"x 2 3/4"
Hat brim is 3/4" x 4 1/4"
Nose is a triangle out of Whisper White & 3/8" strips of Daffodil Delight & Pumkin Pie laid over & trimmed to fit.
I stamped all surfaces with Hardwood background stamp. Burlap ribbon for the bow & wiggle eyes from your local craft store! Oh he's so cute!!!

Copper Foil Sheets, how I love thee!!

Wow! Just wow!! Fall just took on a whole new look for me with these AMAZING new Copper Foil Sheets!
I embossed the Very Vanilla with the Cable Knit Sweater folder then embossed the leaf with a (non-SU!) swirly leaf embossing folder. I then added wire, a swatch of burlap & a sentiment and the results were one.cozy.card!!!

Sticky Note Pad Cover

Here's  a little gem that's a great gift topper, party favor or teacher gift! And it's useful!
Your card stock should be a color that won't show dirt or finger prints easily & must be cut at 11"x 3 1/4".
Score at 3 1/4", 3 5/8", 4", & 71/2".
Fold center score line out then cut in to the outside score lines to firm about 3/4" pencil holder.
Adhere the inside flap to the back to reinforce. Then put adhesive between the back scored line & center scored line. (See following pictures)
Finished!!
Lovely little gift!
