Candy Corn Owl

Here's a perfect treat for the little trickers tonight!!!  Using the Top Note Die,Circle  Punches & Blossom Builder Punch we created this sweet little owl. Staple the bag of candy to the folded head before you put on the eyes that way it hides the staples. Have fun!!!

What a great day we had!! The weather was perfect! We had awesome "luck" & landed some that we released but we did keep 12!!! We were on the river at about 5:00 am & left after dark. We were so tired. What a great day of memories!!
Love my three men!!

"....I'm dreaming of a white Christmas... Just like the ones I used to know...."
Well? Here it is! If you're dreaming of a white Christmas then here ya go!!! Sometimes it's good to just "clean out" & do an all white card!! Of course this card puts the Stampin Up Scoring Tool to good use! I also used the Polka Dot embossing folder. Such a peaceful sweet card!!

Think if other 3letter words with an "O" in the middle for more fun!!! B O Y would be a good one with pastel candies and a handle coming off the treat cup as a rattle handle!! Cute cute!!

Pink & Grey Thanks

When I was a teenager my favorite colors were pink & grey...well here they are again... As beautiful as ever!!! So pretty in fact that several ladies in class commented that this would be a lovely wedding card! I was soooo excited to use the new photopolymer set "Another Thank You" so this card ended up a thank you rather than a wedding card.

BOO!!!

Everyone needs a "mummy"!!! Here's a cute one to add to your life!! Basically this card is constructed by tearing strips of white card stock then sponging the edges with Chocolate Chip ink. Plan your tears leaving a peek a boo hole so you can accommodate the black piece. Adds one google eyes & there he is, looking back at you with a friendly "BOO!"
One thing we did find that makes it all easier is adhering the sponges strips to a separate piece of white CS. Doing this allows you to trim off any ends that wanna creep over the edge. After trimming, sponge any white spots & there you have it!!!

You're Tops!!!

My friend sister in law loves to hike. So she asked me to make a "mountain" card. Since I'm kinda in love with my new card dies I decided to incorporate them into this card as well. I also used the 2 1/2" circle punch, 1 3/4" scallop circle punch & the 1 1/4" circle punch. The saying was printed on my computer using Microsoft Publisher. It was a really fun card to  do! Have fun!!!

A last summer hurrah....

Well I think we all hate to admit it but summer...is...over!!!
Sorry hate to break the news but...
So here's a card/invitation to a summers end BBQ! For the actual BBQ grill I used the 2 1/2" circle punch, 2012 ornament punch, Word Window punch, 1/2" circle punch & standard hole punch.
Use any grass stamp & a coffee steam stamp or a flourish stamp for smoke.
 Have fun & happy Fall!!!
